Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD / OTC Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution and integration knowledge across SAP modules.
Key Skills Required
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
- Integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM/PTP, CS
- SAP S/4HANA exposure preferred
- Experience in SAP configuration and support activities
- Knowledge of Contracts, Billing, Master Data, and IDoc error handling
- Understanding of interfaces and cross-functional integrations
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support to business users
- Resolve L2 and L3 support issues within agreed SLAs
- Follow change management processes for production fixes
- Monitor interfaces and support business operations
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents
- Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams on integrated issues

- Basic SAP ABAP knowledge
- Experience with incident management tools
- Exposure to non-SAP integrations
- Understanding of change management processes
- SAP S/4HANA experience
