What You'll Be Doing

Test end-to-end business processes across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM platforms.

Perform functional, regression, integration, API, UI, UAT, and end-to-end testing.

Validate workflows, automations, user permissions, reports, dashboards, and third-party integrations.

Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, defect reports, and release sign-off documentation.

Identify, document, track, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects efficiently.

Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms to accelerate test-case creation, defect analysis, regression testing, and QA automation.

Ensure high product quality across web applications, customer portals, and mobile-responsive platforms.

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

You're a Great Fit If You...

Have 4+ years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.

Have hands-on experience testing Salesforce,



HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.

Possess strong expertise in Functional, Regression, Integration, API, UI, and UAT Testing.

Have experience testing CRM workflows, automations, third-party integrations, reports, dashboards, and role-based access controls.

Are proficient with tools such as Postman, Jira, Selenium, Playwright, or similar testing platforms.

Have practical experience using ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or other AI tools to improve testing efficiency.

Have solid analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Can independently own product quality from planning through release.
