Recruitment & Sourcing

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, primarily focusing on high-volume hiring for various BPO roles (e.g., Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Agents, Team Leaders).
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networking sites, employee referrals, and direct calls to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, attitude, and fit for the BPO environment (e.g., communication clarity, work ethic, flexibility).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and conduct follow-up as needed.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.

Required Qualifications

- Education: ANY GRADUATE
- - Experience: 1-6 years of experience as a Recruiter, specifically handling high-volume BPO or Call Center hiring is mandatory.
- - Skills:
- Strong knowledge of BPO industry hiring needs and recruitment best practices.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interviewing and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various job portals (e.g.,Naukari Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Goal-oriented and able to meet demanding hiring targets and deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
