Role & responsibilities :

* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to logistics and shipment services.

* Resolve customer queries regarding shipment tracking, delivery status, returns, and transportation updates.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

* Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.

* Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Preferred candidate profile

* Graduate freshers are welcome to apply.

* Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of International Voice Process experience are preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.





* Customer-centric approach with robust problem-solving abilities.

* Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

* Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
