- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements efficiently.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and employee references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until onboarding.
Required Skills
- Consultancy background is mandatory.
- Experience in BFSI & NBFC hiring is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with hiring portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Shine, and similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of ATS management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
