Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Proposal & Tender Manager to lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of techno-commercial proposals and tender documentation across all our business verticals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of tender procedures in the offshore, marine, and oil & gas sectors and be capable of transforming technical solutions into compelling commercial proposals.

Role & responsibilities

Proposal Management:

- Prepare and coordinate high-quality technical and commercial proposals for prospective clients.
- Work closely with operations, engineering, and finance teams to gather inputs for proposal documents.
- Draft standard commercial terms and adapt them to specific client requirements.
- Develop templates and documentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.

Tender Management:

- Analyze tender documents (RFQs, RFPs, ITTs) and identify scope, submission requirements, and qualification criteria.




- Create submission schedules and ensure timely delivery of documents.
- Coordinate the preparation of Pre-Qualification (PQ) documents and Expression of Interest (EOI) responses.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and tendering procedures.
- Assist in preparing online and offline submissions via client portals or physical delivery.

Content Development & Documentation:

- Draft company profiles, capability statements, and project experience writeups.
- Maintain an organized database of past proposals, templates, certifications, client references, and pre-filled forms.
- Collaborate with graphic and documentation team (if any) for formatting, visuals, and final output (Word, PDF, PPT).

Coordination & Follow-Up:

- Liaise with clients and procurement departments to seek clarifications and ensure proposal alignment.
- Monitor and track ongoing proposals, deadlines, and outcomes.
- Participate in strategy meetings with management for high-value tenders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Engineering / Business / Marine or Offshore domain preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in proposal/tender management roles in offshore, marine, EPC, or O&G; sectors.
- Excellent command over written English, formatting, and technical document preparation.
- Familiarity with common tender platforms (e-procurement, GeM, CPPP, ONGC e-tender, etc.)
- Working knowledge of standard contracting terms (LOI, LOA, T&Cs;, LDs, taxes, exclusions etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and formatting tools.

Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management skills.
