- Analyze and solve moderately complex problems with minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and moderate level of instruction on recent assignments.
- Interact with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
- Make decisions that impact own work and may impact the work of others as an individual contributor or small team lead.
- Work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in real-time analysis or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
- Experience working in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
