At Dream Home Store, we create furniture and home dcor experiences for customers across the United Kingdom. As we continue to scale our creative operations, we're looking for an experienced Art Director to lead our visual direction, elevate our creative standards, and build a high-performing creative team.

If you have an exceptional eye for detail, strong commercial visual judgment, and the ability to transform ordinary product images into premium, high-converting creatives, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing





- Lead the overall creative direction for website, social media, advertising, and e-commerce visuals.
- Understand products and identify their unique selling points (USPs) to create impactful visual concepts.
- Develop creative ideas that strengthen brand identity and improve customer engagement.
- Review and approve all creative assets, ensuring excellence in color, lighting, composition, styling, backgrounds, and visual storytelling.
- Mentor and guide AI Image Designers by establishing creative standards and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Product, and Content teams to deliver high-performing creative campaigns.
- Analyze creative performance and continuously optimize visuals to improve CTR, engagement, and conversions.

What We're Looking For

- 7–12 years of experience in Art Direction, Visual Design, or Creative Leadership.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product, lifestyle, e-commerce, or advertising creatives.
- Exceptional visual judgment with a deep understanding of color theory, composition, lighting, styling, and design principles.
- Ability to visually communicate a product's unique selling points and customer value.
- Strong creative thinking and concept development skills.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of customer psychology, branding, and conversion-focused design.
- Experience leading, mentoring,



and reviewing the work of creative teams.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows and modern design tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
