Role Overview:
As an Sales executive at NEET Support, you will be the first point of contact for
students and parents. Your role involves understanding student needs,
recommending appropriate programs, and helping them make informed decisions
about their NEET preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and counsel students/parents about NEET Counselling, study
plans, and preparation strategies
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins
Maintain accurate student records and follow up on leads using CRM tools




Build rapport with students and address their academic and emotional
needs
Coordinate with academic and sales teams for seamless onboarding
Support students post-enrollment to ensure engagement and satisfaction
Participate in webinars, seminars, and outreach programs
Key Skills Required:
Solid verbal and written communication
Empathetic and student-focused mindset

Ability to counsel and guide patiently
Basic understanding of NEET and academic programs (training provided)
Confidence, enthusiasm, and a problem-solving attitude
