Roles and Responsibility

- Analyze business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions.
- Blend historical data from industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources into analyses.
- Identify and analyze industry and geographic trends, competitor market strategies, and customer trends.
- Collaborate with other areas of the business to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.
- Develop and implement relevant solutions based on best practices and continuous improvement.
- Lead a team of junior co-workers and set day-to-day operational objectives.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analysis or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies.
- A formal team leader role is expected for this position.
