- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs
- Understanding of GIT, Jenkins and Jira
- Open to work in weekends/non-working hours whenever required Experience in writing code in any scripting language such as Bash (preferable), Python etc. Experience of backend infrastructure applications as well as Client side applications (Android / IOS) .

- Job Description:Key Responsibilities

- Resolve Customer Issues on priority.




- Monitor system performance and infrastructure alerts using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana).
- Support production environments, ensuring uptime and reliability.
- Help troubleshoot infrastructure and application-level issues, escalating where necessary.
- Work with cloud platforms (GCP) under guidance from senior team members.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain up-to-date operational runbooks, deployment guides, and knowledge bases for internal use.
- Open to work in weekends/non-working hours whenever required.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
