We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. The role requires excellent sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within defined timelines.
- Work extensively on IT technologies and niche skill hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate information in ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve hiring targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates through portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Excellent understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and recruitment processes.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling large-scale staffing engagements and vendor management.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and workforce planning.
