- Handle international customer chats to provide exceptional customer service.

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 9 Month to 5 years of experience in BPO Chat processing or similar industry.
- Excellent English language proficiency (written & spoken).
- Effective chat handling Skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
