Working Days : 6 days + Rotational Shifts / Rotational week offs

Salary :

Fresher - 15K CTC + Incentives

Experience - up to 30K CTC + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers via calls and chat.
- Maintain a qualified and positive attitude during customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
