- Proven ability to deliver complex solutions to production on time.

- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and ambiguity effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with focus on outcomes and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP / Scrum Master / Product Owner certification.
- Experience in enterprise or multi-solution environments.
- Exposure to global/distributed teams.
