- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Brand EMI team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze and resolve complex operational issues.
- Train and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a team lead or manager position.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with brands and merchants is an added advantage.
