Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI & Agentic AI Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous AI agents, and cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and deploying scalable AI workloads on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Llama, Mistral, and similar models.
- Build Agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, tool usage, and workflow orchestration.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases and knowledge retrieval frameworks.
- Design and implement multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangChain.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI workloads on AWS infrastructure.
- Create scalable AI pipelines for model inference, evaluation, and fine-tuning.
- Implement security, governance, and compliance standards for AI applications.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and Product Teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
- Optimize prompt engineering, agent workflows, and model performance for production environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 5 10 years of software development experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based application development.
- AWS Certification is preferred.

Nice to Have
- Experience with multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video).
- Fine-tuning open-source LLMs using LoRA/QLoRA.
- Experience deploying LLMs on AWS Bedrock or SageMaker.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI evaluation frameworks and AI safety practices.
