Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit IT professionals for US-based contract and permanent positions.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to successful onboarding.
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality profiles within TAT.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and database mining.
- Screen candidates, negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/VMS platforms.

What We're Looking For





- 2 to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, USC, OPT, EAD hiring.
- Hands-on experience with ATS (Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL or similar) and VMS platforms.
- Valuable knowledge of US IT technologies, recruitment lifecycle, and US time zones.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
