We are hiring for a Technical Delivery Manager role.

We're looking for professionals with a strong software development background who have transitioned into technical delivery/project management. Experience in managing Managed Services projects and working in client-facing roles is a key requirement.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Hands-on software development experience (Java, .NET/C#, or similar technologies).
- Strong technical delivery and project management experience.
- Experience delivering or managing Managed Services engagements.
- Client-facing experience, including stakeholder management, requirement discussions, and customer communication.
- Strong team leadership and excellent communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying customer needs and overseeing project / service delivery within the business context. You should plan for projects befitting the need of the engagement.
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Give clear directions and instructions to both team members and stakeholders with regards to external factors, to enable them carryout their duties effectively
- Clarify the duties, roles, and functions of team members between both prospective competing team members and their superiors
- Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Managing finances and budgets.
- Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
- Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
- Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.




- Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
- Supervising and observing work area support. This includes IT administration work areas along with VIP support capacities.
- Assessing outsiders as inner cycles and making procedures for administrative streamlining.
- Responsible for administrative conveyance execution, driving future interest, and meeting client assumptions.
- Giving standard reports to administration based on the execution of the assistance conveyance
- Working with specialized plan groups to set guidelines for equipment, programming, and security.

Key Requirements

- You must have minimum 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager for IT Software / Infrastructure projects.
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, software development & Product implementation
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
- Excellent technical knowledge. Should be knowledgeable of latest technology trends.
- Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
- Experience in call center projects, managing large implementations.
- Exposure to DevOps, Agile is desirable
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Solid interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Experience with project management software tools
