We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and execute residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing cutting-edge architectural solutions, preparing detailed construction drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Checking of plan, design, and develop architectural concepts for residential and commercial projects prepared by consultants.
- Prepare conceptual designs, 3D renderings, presentations, and detailed architectural drawings for smaller works.
- Checking all designs comply with local development regulations, zoning laws, building codes, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle w.r.t architectural drawings.
- Review and verify architectural drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and construction documents as per recommendation of consultants.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards, line & levels, finishings etc.
- Assist in the selection, research,



and specification of construction materials, finishes, and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and construction-related issues.
- Prepare design presentations and technical documentation for client approvals and management reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging construction technologies, new technology and new material.
- Preparing interior details for in-house purpose for site office, experience cause or assisting in hiring consultants.
- Keeping updated about building bye laws.
- Organizing meetings and preparing MOMs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and building systems.
- Familiarity with authority approval processes and construction documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and project management skills.
