Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Document Processing Analyst to review, validate, and process legal documents related to U.S. banking operations. The role involves ensuring document accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution while collaborating with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and process legal documents such as subpoenas, levies, garnishments, bankruptcy notices, liens, powers of attorney, trust documents, and estate-related documentation.
- Validate document authenticity, completeness, and compliance with U.S. banking regulations and internal policies.
- Process legal requests within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate records and update banking systems with relevant legal information.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams to resolve documentation issues.




- Identify discrepancies and escalate complex cases to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and operational risk controls.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete documentation and audit trails.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 15 years of experience in U.S. Banking Operations, Legal Operations, Mortgage Operations, or Document Processing.
- Knowledge of legal documentation used in U.S. banking.
- Familiarity with U.S. banking regulations and operational processes.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
