UX Manager / Sr. Manager User Experience (UX) | Noida

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced UX Manager / Sr. Manager to lead the User Experience function for large-scale B2B/Enterprise products. The role involves driving UX strategy, managing a team of designers, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and ensuring user-centric design solutions that deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end UX for enterprise/B2B products.
- Lead and mentor a team of UX Researchers, Interaction, Visual, and Graphic Designers.
- Define Information Architecture, user flows, task mapping, and design systems.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct design reviews and drive UX best practices across the organization.
- Ensure seamless collaboration in Agile environments.
- Promote and evangelize UX thinking internally and externally.





Required Skills & Experience:

- 12–15 years of UX/Product Design experience with at least 5+ years in Enterprise/B2B products.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams of 10+ designers.
- Solid understanding of UX methodologies, design systems, and B2B design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with modern design tools and processes.
- Knowledge of web and mobile platform capabilities and limitations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in BFSI domain will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Technology, or related field.
- Relevant UX/UI certifications preferred.
