Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Cost Data Analyst, to track, analyse data and cost variances to optimize overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Extraction & Management: Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from enterprise systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Cost Analysis & Modelling: Establish and maintain standard cost models; evaluate material, labour, and overhead costs to determine accurate product or project pricing.
- Variance Reporting: Perform detailed variance analysis by comparing actual costs against budgets and forecasts, investigating discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions.
- Visualization & Dashboards: Design and maintain automated data dashboards and periodic cost reports that summarize complex financial trends for non-technical stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, procurement,



and project management to identify cost drivers and champion cost-reduction initiatives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field. CMA preferable but not mandatory.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial data analysis, or management accounting.

Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in MS office specially Microsoft Excel

Business Intelligence: Experience building data visualizations using tools such as Power BI

Analytical Mindset: Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate them into strategic business insights.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present cost findings and drive consensus across different departments.
