We are looking for an AI Creative Content Specialist who will lead the use of Generative AI across our media and marketing team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality AI-generated images, videos, animations and creative assets that accelerate content production while maintaining premium brand quality. The ideal candidate is passionate about emerging AI technologies and knows how to blend AI outputs with professional creative workflows.

Position: AI Creative Content Specialist

Location: Noida (Sector 90)
Package: 3 to 6 LPA
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality AI-generated images, illustrations, marketing creatives and visual concepts for digital and print campaigns.
- Produce AI-powered promotional videos, property visualizations, social media reels, YouTube Shorts and digital advertisements.
- Develop compelling prompts to generate consistent, brand-aligned content across multiple AI platforms.
- Create image-to-video, text-to-video and video-to-video content for marketing campaigns.
- Generate AI Voice overs, avatars, virtual presenters and multilingual content where required.
- Enhance, upscale, restore and edit images and videos using AI-powered tools.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, content writers and the marketing team to integrate AI into daily creative workflows.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable prompts, templates, AI assets and brand-specific creative styles.
- Research, evaluate and implement new AI tools and workflows to improve productivity and content quality.
- Ensure all AI-generated content complies with brand guidelines, copyright requirements and ethical AI practices.
- Support rapid content creation for social media, events, websites, performance marketing and corporate communications.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Generative AI for creative content production.




- Expertise in prompt engineering for image, video and multimedia generation.
- Hands-on experience with AI image tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, Flux, DALL•E, Leonardo AI or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with AI video platforms such as Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Google Veo, Luma AI, Hailuo AI, Adobe Firefly Video or similar.
- Experience using AI-powered voice generation and audio tools such as ElevenLabs, Descript or equivalent.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted image editing, object removal, background replacement, inpainting, outpainting and image enhancement.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects for refining AI-generated content.
- Basic understanding of graphic design, typography, branding, cinematography and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media content formats and performance marketing creatives.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly as AI tools evolve.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years of experience in AI-assisted content creation, digital media, creative production or marketing.
- Experience creating AI content for advertising, real estate, e-commerce or digital agencies.
- Portfolio demonstrating AI-generated images, videos, animations and creative campaigns.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of scripting, API integrations or AI workflow automation is desirable.
