Responsibilities:

Manage and process billing and settlement transactions for airlines and travel agencies

Utilize Amadeus Galileo GDS to generate reports, track invoice status, and manage ADM/ACMs and refunds

Ensure accurate and timely billing, compliance with contractual commitments, and adherence to revenue recognition standards

Collaborate with internal teams, airlines, and travel agencies to resolve billing discrepancies and queries

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, airline policies, and regulatory changes

Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills:

1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of Amadeus Galileo GDS

Strong understanding of billing and settlement processes, airline ticketing, and fare rules

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines
