Looking for candidate with 2+ years of Payroll & compliances outsourcing experience.

Level: Consultant

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing: Process end-to-end payroll for clients, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements.

2. Compliance Management: Stay updated with Indian payroll regulations and ensure clients' payroll processes are in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide expert advice on payroll-related matters.

4. Data Management: Maintain accurate payroll data, employee records, and documentation.

5. Statutory Reporting: Prepare and submit all statutory reports, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and more, in a timely manner.

6. Software Utilization: Utilize payroll software and tools effectively to manage payroll tasks efficiently.

7. Documentation:



Maintain detailed records of all payroll transactions, changes, and communications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience in Indian payroll processing and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
- Solid proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Client-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
