Ortu Software is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who understands both traditional SEO and the rapidly evolving world of AI-powered search.

You'll be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, attract qualified traffic, and drive business growth. We're looking for someone who stays ahead of industry trends, thinks strategically, and understands how websites can succeed in both search engines and AI-powered search experiences.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge.
- Deep understanding of search intent, topical authority, internal linking, and content architecture.
- Experience implementing structured data and Schema markup.
- Proven experience developing and implementing SEO strategies that improve a website's visibility across Google Search, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI-powered search experiences.
- Strong proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.




- Conduct keyword, competitor, and search intent research.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and content structure.
- Implement and validate structured data (Schema).
- Improve crawlability, indexability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Develop topical authority and content strategies.
- Monitor SEO performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and content writers to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay current with Google's algorithm updates and emerging AI search trends.
