We are seeking an experienced Telephony Architect (5+ Years) specializing in building, customizing, and optimizing large-scale dialer platforms and VoIP infrastructure. You will own the communication backbone that connects our Voice AI agents to global telecom carriers, CPaaS layers, and enterprise contact centers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Telephony & SIP Integration: Design and implement robust SIP-based integrations between the ORI Voice AI platform and enterprise telecom infrastructure. Configure and optimize SIP trunks, call routing, SBCs, and dial plans.
- PBX & Dialers: Architect, deploy, and maintain Asterisk, Vicidial, and FreeSWITCH systems. Troubleshoot complex RTP, SIP signaling, codec negotiation, and voice quality (latency, jitter) issues.
- Enterprise Contact Center Ecosystems: Design seamless integrations with global platforms (Cisco UCCE, Genesys Cloud CX, or Avaya Aura) to handle advanced call routing, automated bot-to-agent transfers, queue management, and contextual data handovers.




- Network & Infrastructure Security: Collaborate with client network teams to deploy solutions across firewalls, NAT, load balancers (OpenSIPS/Kamailio), and session border controllers.

Required Technical Skills:

- Core VoIP Stacks: Vicidial, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH
- SIP Proxies & Load Balancers: OpenSIPS or Kamailio
- Protocols & Media: SIP, RTP, WebRTC, IVR, Call Recording, Conferencing
- CPaaS & Telephony APIs: Hands-on integration experience with Twilio, Plivo, Telnyx, Exotel, or Ozonetel
- Enterprise CC (Any One): Cisco UCCE, Genesys (PureCloud/Cloud CX), or Avaya Aura
