- Create detailed highway design drawings (plans, profiles, cross-sections, detail sheets).Develop layouts for roadways, intersections, bridges, and drainage systems.Use CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation) for precision drafting.Role & responsibilities
- Review and interpret survey data, geotechnical reports, and traffic studies.Reduce field notes into usable design inputs.Conduct site visits to verify terrain, drainage, and alignment conditions.
- Ensure designs meet Indian Roads Congress (IRC) or relevant international standards.Maintain accurate records of revisions and design changes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering/Draughtsmanship.
- Certification in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation) preferred.

- Ability to prepare plans, profiles, cross-sections, and construction drawings.
- Understanding of surveying techniques and ability to interpret survey data.
- Familiarity with highway geometry, drainage design, and earthwork calculations.
- Experience in preparing quantity take-offs and BOQs.
- Knowledge of IRC codes and highway design standards 25 years of experience in highway/road design projects.
