- Oversight and responsibility for India payroll operations and compliance with respect to legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage Integrated PAN India compliances to support standardised Compliance management and governance
- Effective management of the Payroll and Compliance teams within span and layer constraints
- Optimization of payroll processes to reduce cycle time and automate HR Payroll Activities to drive efficiency and excellence
- Ensures compliance with state and local compliance for payroll, wage, and best practices
Preferred candidate profile
- 8-12 years of overall experience with significant working experience in Payroll management of 10-15K base
- Experience managing HR projects and developing HR workplace policies
- Problem solver; ability to identify problems, analyse data & present conclusions
- Robust verbal, written and presentations skills
