About this opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in India payroll, FNF settlements, employee taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, SOX awareness, SuccessFactors proficiency, and hands-on audit exposure.

What you will do:

Process monthly payroll and FNF settlements accurately and within defined timelines
Manage TDS computations, investment proof validation, Form 16 issuance, and Form 24Q filing
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Bonus Act
Maintain SOX-compliant payroll processes with proper documentation, audit trails, and segregation of duties
Support internal and external audits; respond to queries and ensure timely closure of observations
Process variable payments including STV, LTV, and Impact Awards etc.
Generate payroll MIS reports and provide variance analysis for leadership
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be an added advantage.

The skills you bring:

3 to 4 years of experience in India Payroll, APAC payroll will be addon, FNF & Taxation, Benefits , with exposure to a headcount of at least 3,000 to 4,000 employees.
Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, HR, or Finance
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, Advanced MS Excel skills
Experience in SOX-compliant payroll environments.
Prior experience handling variable pay STV, LTV, and incentive awards, employee benefits and Taxation.




Familiarity with Old vs. New Tax Regime etc
Solid analytical and communication skills
