Role & responsibilities

1. Define and own the roadmap for chatbot and voice flows, aligned with organisational goals automation %, conversion uplift, engagement depth.
2. Collaborate with the AI Core Pod to define model requirements (intents, entities, confidence thresholds, fallback logic) and integrate base models into production.
3. Partner with the Buyer Pod to automate inbound and outbound buyer chats (discovery, RFQ, purchase assistance), set hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate quickly.
4. Work with the Seller Pod to identify automation opportunities (onboarding, verifications, reminders) and drive those journeys end-to-end.
5. Collaborate with the Eval & Quality Pod to define success metrics (First Contact Resolution, fallback-to-human %, CSAT, automation rate) and build live performance dashboards.
6. Work with the Governance Layer to ensure compliance, privacy, and responsible AI use through human-in-loop fallback mechanisms.
7. Partner with the Growth Manager to drive adoption through user training, experience improvements, and scaled rollout.
8. Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; ensure timely,



high-quality delivery through collaboration with engineering and design.
9. Monitor analytics, define KPIs, run A/B tests, and optimise for speed, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
10. Evangelise the chatbot internally and externally build awareness, alignment, and excitement across teams.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 4-8 years of product management experience, with robust exposure to conversational AI, chatbots, or voice assistants.
2. Deep understanding of LLMs, conversational,NLP design (no coding required, but must be fluent in the domain).
3. Data-driven and experimental you’re comfortable drawing insights from logs, defining metrics, and running iterative experiments. 4. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, AI/ML, operations, and business teams.

5. Comfortable in fast-moving, high-impact environments with end-to-end ownership.
6. Experience in Agile product development methodologies.
7. Passionate about innovation, automation, and delivering delightful user experiences.
