Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for one or more clients, owning the overall health of their cloud environment.

- Build and manage relationships across technical and business stakeholders - from engineers up to CxO level - ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment on priorities and outcomes.
- Plan and lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) and Monthly Service Reviews (MSR) with customers, presenting performance metrics, cost and usage trends, optimization opportunities, and a forward-looking roadmap.
- Lead technical discussions with both client stakeholders and internal engineering/DevOps/Managed Services teams to define solutions for complex problems that may span multiple cloud services or platforms.
- Help plan for architectural enhancements and provide support for critical business engagements involving business stakeholders.
- Participate in regular cadence meetings with business stakeholders, helping them identify value propositions and suggesting enhancements for architectural resilience, security, and performance.

- Hands-on experience with core cloud services across compute, storage, database, monitoring, and content delivery - for example, AWS (EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, S3, CloudFront, CloudFormation), Azure (Virtual Machines, Azure SQL, Monitor, Blob Storage, ARM/Bicep templates), or GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Storage, Deployment Manager).
- Conceptual knowledge of related services such as database migration, container orchestration (ECS/EKS, AKS, or GKE), storage/API gateways, and security & threat-detection tooling.
- Conceptual knowledge of DevOps and observability tooling: Terraform, Docker, Jenkins, New Relic, Nagios, Datadog, Chef/Ansible, etc.
