Role overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, integrations and platform enhancements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in core Salesforce development, Lightning technologies, APIs and deployment processes, along with experience supporting global business stakeholders across EMEA and US regions.

A Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, APIs, integrations and platform enhancements, combined with hands-on deployment and production support experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and client-handling skills, experience working with US and EMEA stakeholders and a solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, DevOps practices and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

- Design, develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Develop and enhance custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Framework.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
- Perform configuration and customization of Salesforce platform components.
- Support ongoing platform enhancements, bug fixes and feature development.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Provide deployment, release management and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support EMEA and US business teams for development initiatives and platform enhancements.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong expertise in:

- Apex Classes and Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Lightning Experience Development
- Visualforce (where applicable)
- Salesforce Flows and Declarative Development
- Salesforce Security and Sharing Model

Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using:

- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Platform Events
- External System Integrations
- Experience in Salesforce configuration including:
- Objects
- Fields
- Validation Rules
- Flows
- Approval Processes
- Reports and Dashboards

- Hands-on experience with deployment and release management processes.
- Experience providing production support and troubleshooting complex issues.

Salesforce cloud experience

- Strong experience working with:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud




- Good understanding of the overall Salesforce ecosystem and platform architecture.

DevOps and development practices

- Hands-on experience with:
- Git and Version Control Systems
- CI/CD pipelines
- Salesforce deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
- Agile/Scrum methodologies

Must Have Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Framework.
- Expertise in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and external system integrations.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, deployment, release management and production support.
- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, with strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and security.

Good to have skills:

Understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance and security standards.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
- Salesforce Lightning Web Components Specialist
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist (Preferred)
