Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Tele Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
- Drive sales through both cold calling and company-generated (hot) leads.
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, conversions, revenue, and team productivity.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely CRM updates and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and product training sessions.
- Coordinate with Marketing to maximize campaign lead conversions.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Resolve customer escalations and coordinate with Operations, Billing, and Logistics for smooth order execution.
- Identify training needs and support team development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.

Qualification & Experience

Education

- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred

Experience





- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a Tele Sales team.
- Experience in target-driven B2C sales.
- Exposure to EdTech, Consumer Electronics, AV Solutions, or IT Hardware is preferred.
