Viable Outsource Solution is looking for a Legal Associate with experience in Corporate Law, Employment Law, and Contract Drafting. This role is ideal for professionals who want to build a career in the Corporate Legal/LPO industry while gaining exposure to international legal processes and working with global clients.

Qualification: LL.B. (2023-2025 Pass-outs can apply)

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and revise employment contracts, commercial agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Employment and Corporate Laws.
- Review company policies, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal summaries and opinions.
- Assist in contract management and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
- Support legal operations for domestic and international client requirements.
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
- Stay updated with changes in labour and corporate laws.

Required Skills





- Strong understanding of Indian Employment & Labour Laws.
- Good knowledge of Corporate Law and legal compliance.
- Hands-on experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Strong research, communication, and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation.

Eligibility

- LL.B. degree (2023-2025 Pass-outs).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Legal, Employment Law, or Contract Drafting.
- Candidates from litigation looking to transition into Corporate Legal/LPO are encouraged to apply.
