Job Objective:
The objective of this role is to sell paid services to the already registered members of the platform through online product demonstrations and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
* Connect and engage with registered users via calling process
* Conduct online product demonstrations and explain personalized membership benefits
* Counsel users on product features and related services to achieve sales conversions
* Sell membership plans over calls and maintain accurate CRM updates
* Ensure high call quality standards as per defined metrics
* Build robust relationships with HNI users and drive higher-value plan conversions
