As a trusted partner to the world's leading technology platforms including Microsoft, Databricks, AWS — we deliver scalable, industry-focused solutions to enterprises across the globe. Our strategic alliances sit at the heart of our go-to-market engine, and the Partner Operations team is what keeps that engine running.
Role Overview
As a Partner Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be the operational backbone of our strategic alliances and channel ecosystem. You will run the day-to-day mechanics of partner marketing, co-sell, funding, events, and governance — ensuring our joint go-to-market activities with named partners are well-planned, well-executed, compliant, and measurable.
This is a highly cross-functional role that connects marketing, sales, service lines, finance, legal, and procurement internally with partner alliance, marketing, and program teams externally. Success in this role means nothing falls through the cracks: campaigns launch on time, funding is claimed and reconciled, deals are registered and tagged correctly, events run smoothly, and leadership always has clean, current data to act on.
Key Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Campaign Operations
- Own the operational execution of GTM campaigns across products, solutions, and partner platforms.
- Manage channel and partner marketing tools, platforms, and portals end to end.
- Coordinate joint campaigns and co-marketing initiatives with partners, ensuring alignment on messaging, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track leads generated from partner and channel activities, ensuring clean hand-off (MQL SQL) to sales and accurate CRM entry.
2. Partner Program, Portal & Alliance Governance
- Maintain alliance partner portals — including deal registrations, partner investments, incentives and rebates, Market Development Funds (MDF), training and certifications, and repositories of partner agreements and capability decks.
- Keep partner status, tiers, designations, and competencies up to date (e.g., Microsoft Solutions Partner designations/specializations, Databricks and Snowflake partner tiers and certifications).
- Ensure solid rigor and governance for strategic alliance operations with named partners.
- Support all alliance governance activities, including executive meeting preparation and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update the global alliances microsite and associated content repositories.
3. Funding, Incentives & Financial Operations
- Manage partner funding programs end to end — Market Development Funds (MDF), ECIF, Co-op funds,
business/partner development funds, and other partner investment programs.
- Own the full funding lifecycle: identifying available funds, planning fund utilization, submitting proposals/pre-approvals, executing activities, and filing claims for reimbursement.
- Track and chase invoices — coordinate with vendors, partners, finance, and procurement to ensure timely raising, approval, submission, and payment of invoices; follow up on outstanding claims and reimbursements.
- Manage purchase orders (POs), budget tracking, and spend reconciliation for partner marketing activities.
- Administer incentives, rebates, and payout tracking, ensuring accurate records and on-time processing.
4. Deal, Pipeline & Co-Sell Management
- Handle partner center deal management, deal registration (directly or via Workspan), and deal allocation.
- Support co-sell operations (e.g., Microsoft Partner Center co-sell, IP co-sell, marketplace/AppSource listings) and keep records synchronized between partner portals and internal CRM.
- Tag relevant wins in partner portals to ensure accurate reflection in partnership health scorecards.
- Publish and maintain pipeline trackers, win tables, win-wires, and win-loss analyses.
5. Events, Sponsorships & Community
- Provide end-to-end logistical support for partner events — partner days, hackathons, workshops, webinars, partner visits, roadshows, and conferences.
- Coordinate event sponsorships — manage sponsorship packages, booth logistics, speaking slots, collateral, and on-ground execution.
- Track pipeline and leads generated from events, workshops, and webinars, and report on event ROI.
- Coordinate and produce alliance newsletters and partner communications.
6. Partner Recognition & Awards
- Manage partner awards applications end to end — identify relevant award opportunities, coordinate nominations, gather supporting evidence, and draft/submit high-quality award entries.
- Maintain a repository of award submissions, wins, and recognition assets for reuse in marketing and QBRs.
7. Partner Initiatives & Collaboration
- Work with partners on a range of joint initiatives — co-selling, co-marketing, joint solution launches, enablement drives, and other strategic programs.
- Collaborate closely with channel sellers and account managers to align partner activities with sales priorities.
- Support partner onboarding and enablement operations, including scheduling, certification tracking, and resource distribution.
8. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Own end-to-end vendor management processes — onboarding, contracting coordination,
deliverable tracking, and performance oversight.
- Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, including service lines, sales teams, marketing, legal, and procurement.
9. Reporting, Analytics & Documentation
- Support reporting and analysis to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Publish pipeline trackers, win tables, governance documents, win-wires, case studies, win-loss analyses, partner incentive summaries, and operational support documents.
- Maintain partnership health scorecards and dashboards (e.g., Power BI), ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Keep documentation, templates, and shared repositories organized, versioned, and accessible.
