The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and technically strong AI/ML Engineer SAP BTP LLM Developer with 14 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and software development. The ideal candidate will possess solid foundations in Python programming, AI/ML algorithms, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

This role is designed for professionals who have core AI/ML and software engineering skills and are interested in applying them to enterprise business scenarios. Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, and GenAI Hub is desirable but not mandatory.

You will work with cross-functional teams to build intelligent solutions leveraging Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), machine learning models, and modern cloud technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions to address business use cases.
- Build and enhance LLM-based applications using prompt engineering and RAG concepts.
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications, APIs, and integrations.




- Analyze data and apply Machine Learning techniques to derive insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI applications.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives and stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

What we look for

- Bachelors degree Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on generative AI and LLM development.
- Basic understanding of SAP BTP, SAP BTP AI Core, AI Launchpad services, and GenAI Hub.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated with a passion for AI innovation and a drive to deliver results.
