Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Offline Marketing Executive to plan and execute offline marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, BTL Activities, Event Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Field Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute offline marketing and trade marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage BTL campaigns, brand activation activities, and promotional events.
- Coordinate exhibitions, health camps, product launches, roadshows, and retail activation programs.
- Work closely with the sales team to design market-specific promotional campaigns.
- Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) planning, distribution, and execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and event partners for smooth campaign execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.




- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-activity reports with actionable insights.
- Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to strengthen brand presence.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing activities within the allocated budget.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in Offline Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, or BTL Marketing.
- Prior experience in FMCG, Beverages, Healthcare, Nutraceuticals, Cosmetics, or Consumer Goods will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and promotional activities.
