JAKSON BIOFUELS PVT. LTD. is hiring Head CBG (Compressed Biogas) Business

Location: Head Office, Noida

Jakson Biofuels is setting up its own CBG plants across North India. We are looking for an experienced CBG/biogas industry professional to lead the business end-to-end greenfield project development, commissioning, plant operations, and complete P&L; ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Development: Site identification, feasibility, DPRs; manage EPC contractors & technology partners; regulatory approvals (PESO, PCB, GAIL/OMC, SATAT scheme).
- Plant Operations: Oversee feedstock procurement, digester operations, gas purification & bottling; drive uptime, yield, HSE compliance; build SOPs & QC systems.
- P&L; Ownership: Full revenue and cost responsibility; feedstock sourcing contracts; offtake agreements with CGDs/OMCs; budgeting, capex & ROI tracking.
- Stakeholder & Team Management:



Liaise with government bodies, OMCs, CGDs, feedstock suppliers; build and lead a multi-site cross-functional team.

Candidate Requirements

- 12–18+ years overall experience, with substantial experience specifically in CBG/biogas/bioenergy.
- Proven track record in setting up and/or operating CBG plants — both projects and operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing a full P&L;, not just projects or only operations.
- B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical/Chemical/Agricultural/Environmental); MBA preferred.
- Robust grasp of CBG technology, feedstock supply chains, SATAT/GAIL/OMC offtake mechanisms.
- Strong commercial acumen, project management skills, and willingness to travel extensively.
