TELUS Digital is looking for an experienced Technical Sales Consultant to join our growing team!

Role: Technical Sales Consultant
Location: Pan India
Experience: 5 -10 Years
Work Hours: 40 hours/week (supporting customers across Canadian time zones)

We're looking for professionals with expertise in any one of the following domains:

SD-WAN
Cisco Unified Communications (Cisco UC) / Microsoft Teams / Business Connect
Cyber Security (MDR, Email Security, Pentesting, Security Awareness)
Connectivity Solutions (Business Internet, GPON, High-Speed Internet)

What You'll Do:

Partner with Sales teams to design customer-centric technical solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle
Manage solution development and customer requests end-to-end




Recommend the best-fit solutions from both technical and business perspectives
Deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving business value

What We're Looking For:

35 years of relevant experience in Technical Sales / Sales Engineering / Solution Consulting
Solid technical knowledge in SD-WAN, Cisco UC, Connectivity, or Cyber Security
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Customer-first mindset with outstanding stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Diploma, or equivalent experience
Industry certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, or AWS are a strong advantage
