We are looking for a high-caliber Financial Research Analyst to support our strategy team with solid analytical and modelling capabilities. This role will work closely with the leadership and financial associates involved in debt raising, banking relationships, and IPO readiness, Strategy for providing data-backed insights and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and macroeconomic factors
- Analyze financial statements, credit profiles, and capital structures
- Generate insights to support financial decision-making
2. Data Analysis & Modelling
- Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, valuation models, scenario analysis)
- Perform data mining, cleaning, and analysis to identify trends
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
3. Debt & Capital Market Support
- Assist in preparation of data packs, investor decks, and lender presentations
- Support debt raising activities through financial analysis and documentation inputs
- Work closely with banking teams to provide analytical inputs
4. Business Analysis
- Translate data into meaningful insights for business decisions
- Evaluate financial performance and identify key trends
- Support IPO readiness with research and benchmarking
Key Requirements
- 24 years of experience in financial research / data analytics roles
- Strong academic background from top Delhi University colleges
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of valuation techniques, financial statements, and capital markets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
