- Conduct quality control activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Investigate non-conformances using tools like 7QC, 8D reports, Pareto analysis, and Why-Why analysis.
- Develop and implement corrective actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in Quality Control or related field.
- Robust understanding of CAPA, QMS, and quality control principles.
- Proficiency in creating 8D reports and conducting root cause analysis.
