RoleOverview: TheSenior Executive Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managingend-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hiring to meetbusiness needs. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcingexpertise, and the ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience whilealigning with organizational goals.
KeyResponsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation to onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting) to attract top talent.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to strengthen the companys employer brand and enhance candidate engagement.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and market trends.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and implement best practices.
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of fullcycle recruitment experience in International Accounting, Audit, and Taxation for UK and US markets.
