Roles and Responsibility

- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using Java and Springboot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain large-scale Java-based systems with complex architecture.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of the developed systems.
- Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

- Robust proficiency in Java programming language with expertise in Core Java, Hibernate, and OOPS Concepts.
- Experience with Java Middleware, Springboot, and API Microservices is required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitLab, Github, or Bitbucket is desirable.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of developers to achieve project goals.
