AK Shipra Developers is looking for an experienced MEP Maintenance Technician to independently manage the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services at the project site. The candidate should be capable of handling on-ground maintenance activities, ensuring uninterrupted utility services, and coordinating with vendors whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance of all MEP services.
- Operate and maintain DG Sets, electrical panels, and power distribution systems.
- Maintain water supply systems, pumps, underground and overhead water tanks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot electrical faults and utility breakdowns.
- Supervise lift operations and coordinate with AMC vendors.
- Perform preventive maintenance of HVAC and air conditioning systems.
- Attend plumbing and drainage-related maintenance issues.
- Monitor STP/WTP operations (if applicable).
- Ensure smooth functioning of fire-fighting systems.
- Maintain maintenance logs, equipment checklists, and service records.
- Coordinate with external service providers for repairs and annual maintenance contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory maintenance requirements.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
Candidate Profile
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in estate, facility, or building maintenance.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, DG sets, pumps, HVAC, plumbing, and utility services.
- Ability to diagnose and rectify maintenance issues independently.
- Basic understanding of MEP drawings and equipment.
- Willingness to work in office and attend emergency maintenance when required.
