Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of GST Returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ISD, GSTR-9, and other

applicable returns. The candidate should have hands-on experience in GST compliance and

reconciliations for e-commerce transactions, including reconciliation of e-commerce sales with

GST returns, GSTR-2B, Input Tax Credit (ITC), and Books of Accounts.

• GST reconciliation with Books of Accounts, GSTR-2B, Input Tax Credit (ITC) and GST liability

reconciliation.

• Working knowledge of E-Way Bills and E-Invoicing.

• Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS Returns and TDS reconciliations.

• Scrutiny and posting of accounting vouchers, journal entries and expense accounting.

• Preparation of Daily, Monthly and Quarterly MIS, including Profit & Loss Reports, Sales Order

Execution Reports, Ecommerce Operational Efficiency Report and Receipt Adjustment Reports.





• Preparation of Cash Flow Statements, month-end and year-end provisions, and monthly closing

of Books of Accounts.

• Branch, bank, vendor, customer and inter-company reconciliations.

• Accounting and compliance relating to Related Party Transactions.

• Inventory analysis, inventory reconciliation and inventory management, including e-commerce

inventory.

• Product pricing and profitability analysis for e-commerce platforms.

• Handling GST notices, assessments and coordination with tax consultants.

• Preparation of GST audit data and support during Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).

• 8 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in a Manufacturing Company/Known Ecommerce brand is preferred.

• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Experience with Busy Accounting Software will be preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
