We are looking for an experienced candidate to oversee the technical execution, project coordination, and seamless transition of our integrated commercial development from the construction phase to facility management operations. The role requires close coordination with project teams, consultants, contractors, and facility management to ensure operational readiness, timely project completion, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in commercial real estate, mixed-use developments, malls, hotels, or large commercial projects, with hands-on exposure to project handover and facility transition.

Role & responsibilities

- Monitor execution of Civil, MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, faade, finishing, and allied works.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders for timely project execution.
- Track project schedules, milestones, quality standards, and execution progress.
- Identify technical gaps, execution risks, and project delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure timely closure of snag lists and pending works before project handover.
- Lead the transition from project execution to facility management operations.
- Prepare and maintain handover documentation, including asset registers, as-built drawings, O&M; manuals, AMC details, equipment warranties, and technical SOPs.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of all building systems.




- Ensure operational readiness of all technical services before occupancy.
- Support the Facility Management team during project takeover and stabilization.
- Supervise the functioning of electrical systems, DG sets, HVAC, fire alarm & firefighting systems, STP/WTP, elevators, escalators, plumbing, drainage, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Assist in preparing preventive maintenance schedules and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, pending work trackers, and technical documentation.
- Present project progress and technical updates to senior management and Executive Directors.
- Coordinate with Project, Facility Management, Leasing, Hotel Operations, Retail Tenants, Consultants, and Vendors.
- Support tenant fit-out activities and technical approvals.
- Ensure seamless coordination between all stakeholders during project execution and handover.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 812 years of experience in commercial real estate, malls, mixed-use developments, hotels, or large commercial projects.
- Mandatory experience in project handover and transition to facility management operations.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, commercial building operations, and technical services.
