Role Summary:
The Head Security is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the organization's security strategy across retail stores, mall operations, corporate offices, cinema operations, food courts and commercial spaces, business club. The role ensures the safety and security of people, assets, property and business operations while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement security policies, procedures and emergency response plans across all business locations.
- Lead and manage security operations, including contract security agencies, control rooms, surveillance systems (CCTV) and access control.
- Ensure effective protection of customers, employees, tenants, visitors and company assets.
- Monitor and mitigate security risks, including theft, fraud, vandalism, fire and other safety incidents.
- Coordinate incident investigations, prepare reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with Mall Operations, Retail Operations, Cinema Operations, Food Court Management,



Commercial Leasing and Corporate Functions to ensure seamless security support.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, fire and life safety standards and local law enforcement requirements.
- Develop business continuity, crisis management and emergency preparedness plans, including evacuation drills and disaster response.
- Manage security budgets, vendor performance, security technology, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and employee awareness programs to strengthen the overall security culture.
